Please note, we will NEVER call, email or text you to request your token code, secure access code or Online Banking credentials. Ignore any attempt to collect this information from an entity posing as Pacific National Bank, and please contact us immediately to report the attempt.

Report a Lost or Stolen Card

Call 866.546.8273 or contact your personal Banker directly. You can also lock your card and report it lost or stolen through Online & Mobile Banking. 


Check Your Credit Report

Monitor your credit reports to ensure no identity theft has occurred. You can request a copy of your credit report once a year for free from www.annualcreditreport.com.

If You Suspect You're a Victim of Identity Theft

 
  • Contact the fraud departments of the three major credit bureaus:
    • Equifax: 1-800-525-6285
    • Experian: 1-888-397-3742
    • TransUnion: 1-800-680-7289
  • Close all accounts that have been impacted.
  •  Report the crime to the local authorities and to the Federal Trade Commission at 1-   877-ID-THEFT (1-877-438-4338) or IdentityTheft.gov.
