Financial literacy is for everyone. My Money offers free online lessons, videos, games and other educational tools for individuals with developmental disabilities, their family members, and caregivers.
We start with the basics – and build from there
For some people, learning something new is almost never easy. At Pacific National Bank, we want to play our part in helping people with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. We offer free access to a program developed by the Florida Department of Social Services that offers easy-to-follow financial lesson.
- The My Money Program allows individuals to learn and practice financial skills at their own pace, using interactive games, activities and educational videos.
- Lessons focus on money basics, banking and account types, budgeting, government benefit programs, and how to find employment.
- Parents, guardians and support providers can access important information on teaching financial skills, government programs, and different ways to save and invest money.
