Annual Fees (**) for Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards are:

Classic Card: $35

Gold Card: $35

Additional Cards (each): $25

Annual Percentage Rate for Purchases and Cash Advances 18.0%

Finance Charges A Finance Charge of 1.5% will be imposed on Credit Purchase only if you elect not to pay the entire New Balance shown on your monthly statement within the 25 day grace period.
The Finance Charge for a billing cycle is computed by applying the monthly Period Rate to the average daily balance of Credit Purchases.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A CARD
Application and approval are made through Pacific National Bank and may require a collateral. Services and Benefits provided by Visa or MasterCard.

Requirements:

Payments are made through Pacific National Bank’s Bill Payment Service.
