are aware of the credit risk involved in these investments. These investments
usually offer higher returns than most US Government or US Government Agency
Debt, but comes with higher credit risk.

| The Bank offers Foreign Corporate and Sovereign Bonds
to the knowledgeable and sophisticated investors who are aware of both the
issuer credit risk and the sovereign risks involved.

securities in a mix that will match his or her investments risk profile. These
Custody Accounts are not covered by the FDIC.
