You company needs to have a deposit Account with Pacific National Bank before you can apply for the Online Banking Service. If you don't have an account, apply now on our web under open accout section.

The following instructions are being made by the account holder for use of Pacific National Bank's Pacific Direct Web® Service. The Pacific Direct Web® Service will allow you, the customer, to access all your account information by the use of internet. In addition, you will be able to perform transfers, stop payments, order checkbooks and change the company profile. For security purposes, there are two types of access levels:

Access Level I: Allows the user to view account information and perform transfers, stop payments, order checkbooks and change the company profile.

Access Level II: Allows the user to view account information only.

TRANSFERS

In order to perform transfer of funds through the Online Banking between Pacific National Bank accounts or to any other Financial Institution, the Test Key Interchange must be used at the moment the transfer is requested to authenticate the transfer.

The Test Key is an Interchange of codes for identification when you give instructions to us concerning transfers of funds. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Authorization Test Key. You agree to notify PNB immediately of any actual or suspected breach of the confidentiality of your Authorization Test Key.

There is a $25.00/year fee for the used of the Test Key Interchange.

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a new Account

What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
